the delivery was so fast . the dress arrived safely and it was as pretty as it was at the picture . perfect size too

Sadly, because I returned extra items in my package that I did not submit a return request for (I did this last minute) - I have been questioned on the refunding of the items. The quality of these items sadly did not live upto expectations. I will be continuing to fight for the refund of the items I returned as I am not prepared to be out of pocket for items that I no longer have.

Love this dress, lovely material, great fit, bought it in orange a while ago, saw this colour in sale and had to have it.

I ordered a dress in a size 6 however there was a noticeable hole in the hip area. I contacted vesper and was told to return the dress so that they could send out a replacement. I had an event coming up and so only had a few days to sort this. Once I sent proof of postage, I was contacted by vesper saying that the dress was out of stock in the size 6 which they could have checked before asking me to return it. They ended up sending me one in a bigger size and would let me know when the 6 came back in stock. They never contacted me again despite seeing the size 6 in stock online. A very disappointing and upsetting experience I have had from vesper and I will never buy from here again.

Can’t fault delivery it was super fast and item was good quality but just way too long for me. Requested a refund and sent item back over a week ago. They give you no feedback as to weather they’ve even received the item back, who knows if I’m gonna receive a refund. I once shopped with pretty little thing and the refund process was a nightmare, never shopped with them again. Sorry vesper I won’t shop again, your communication is terrible when it comes to returns. Looking forward to my refund when you get a minute.

I have bought from Vesper before and the sizing has since changed. Additionally, customer service was rude and unhelpful. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay for shipping to buy, return and then buy again (in a bigger size).

The dresses I received themselves were quite nice but Vesper as a company did not work well at all. They took longer to arrive than advised and the returns are horrendous. I returned the items that didn’t fit and it has now been over a month without confirmation or receipt of return. Mentioned multiple times to customer service and told it can take over two weeks for them to receive the parcel and additional 3 weeks for refund. Have not received any confirmation or sight of the £300 they owe.

Great and fast service - and what I thought was lovely was after my first order I received a lovely email just to say thanks for ordering off them and if I ever needed anything - just to let them know - I thought this was a lovely touch.

I purchased a dress from this company over a month ago and the courier company has confirmed that it has been lost in the post. I have emailed, Facebook messaged, used the online chat forum and nobody replies to me.

Returns process is very poor. The return needs to be approved before you receive a returns label and there is no indication of timelines to receive an Evri or Royal Mail returns label or if I’m waiting for something to happen first. It charges you for a return as well.

Item fabric is thinner than looks in photos. Wouldn’t recommend.

First time ordering from Vesper and I'm so so happy with my purchases. Both dresses are really high quality and true to size. Will definitely order from here again in future

Easy booking, very helpful customer service! Clothing was lovely, just didn't suit my shape. I personally think the items I ordered were suited to someone with a smaller chest.

Dress was ankle length + not just past the knee length as pictured, which resulted in me having to pay extra to get dress altered
